Only two kind of problem comes in laptop and other computer devices 'hardware and software" but some time it's hard to judged where is the problem.
One of them is,When we use touch-pad of our laptop to move mouse Cursors it's working perfectly but when you try click any where, nothing happens and you can be think your touch-pad got crash but that is not a hardware problem!!
it's just a software problem due to bad driver or virus in you computer.
now the fist solution is, use the touch-pad keys for clicking :p
or you can try to resolve it's at your end for this ..B)
you should have to update/reinstall you touch pad driver from dives manager and again your touch-pad will ready to working properly.
